Ingredients
1 & 1/2 pack of sweet Hawaiian rolls
2 roasted red peppers drained well and finely chopped
2/3 cup pepperoni or banana peppers drained well and chopped
4 slices of provolone cheese
4 oz. of mozzarella cheese shredded
1 lb. of thinly sliced steak
1 onion sliced fine
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. steak sauce
salt pepper, to taste
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves minced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add garlic cloves to the mayonnaise and set aside.
Split the tops of the rolls from the bottoms and place the bottoms in the bottom of a casserole dish. Place casserole in the oven and cook for about 5-6 minutes, or until bun bottoms are nicely toasted. (this step prevents the buns from getting too soggy once you add the toppings)

Meanwhile, cook steak in a large skillet. While cooking, add onions, Worcestershire sauce and steak sauce and then season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until steak is cooked through.

When bottom buns are toasted, place the four slices of cheese across the bottom of the buns. and then layer with steak and onion mixture, peppers, and then the mozzarella cheese.

Spread the mayonnaise on the bottom of the bun tops and then place on top.
Cover casserole dish with foil and then return to the oven. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and the buns start to brown.
